Dear Rick,
On behalf of all the staff and clients of Intraworld Incentives, Inc.,
please accept my sincere appreciation for the 7+ years as premier supplier
for our company. I cannot tell you what pleasure it is to have a vendor
that you can always rely on for quality and service. I realize that
our requests are frequently difficult, bordering on ridiculous at times,
but you always amaze us by coming through and going extra mile. Like
today where I was reserved to the fact that I'd have
to wait for an express delivery on-site in Las Vegas for my last minute
name changes; but within hours of submitting the changes, I had the
new badges in my hand.
I don't recall the last time we needed to return a badge or luggage
tag due to imperfections or vendor errors. Now we merely check the items
for our own typos and omissions.
You and

for all service industry suppliers. We consider you as a key partner
with us in achieving for our goal of exceeding our clients' expectations
